Improved Accessibility

• New toolbar contains most frequently used menu commands

Improved Customization

• User-selectable options:
  
  
• Reload Goal toolbar button (also in Edit Goal dialog) resets the Remaining time to the Total time. Do this to remove all record of work on this goal, and to restart the goal from scratch.
  Warning: please be careful, as all record of the time you have spent on this goal will be removed.
  
• Goal | Reload All reloads all goals in list. Do this to remove all record of work on all goals, and to restart them from scratch.
  
• Shift+Delete deletes goal without confirmation.
  
• Smarter window sizing and placement. Window grows vertically to fill all available space as goals are added. Displays scrollbar if there are more goals than will fit on the screen. Window grows and shrinks horizontally to accomodate size of goal names.
  
• View | Keep window on top is an option to toggle whether the GoalTime window is kept on top of other windows.  Useful to keep your goals in sight at all times, but you need to arrange GoalTime carefully to avoid blocking other important windows.  (Manoj Vijayan)
